can't get my switch to turn. the wheel is locke but that doesn't seem to be the problem. I couldn't turn the key to start the car even before I locked the wheel. I did tht thinking it was locked and turned and it locke. my thought is switch is shot and needs to be changed. anyone have instructions on doing this and degree of difficulty. I'm pretty good working on the car for relatively simple stuff. last job was changing torsion rod bushings.
